- This solicitation will contain one NSN, 1440-01-500-1270, for a Detent Assembly, Guided Missile Launcher. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Definitive Quantity Contract, for a firm fixed price buy with no option for a QTY of 50 ea. This is a 1/C item. This procurement will be solicited as Unrestrictive. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. This item is a Part Number from: RAYTHEON TECHNICAL SERVICES 072E5 P/N 497HN0210; MARVIN ENGINEERING CO., INC. DBA 32067 P/N 497HN0210-1; BOEING COMPANY, THE DBA BOEING 76301 P/N 497HN0210-1; and BOEING COMPANY, THE DBA BOEING 0PXV4 P/N 497HN0210-1. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Required delivery is 873 days ARO. Item is a Critical Safety Item (CSI) and it is not commercial. First Article Testing and Production Lot Testing - Government. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the Procurex system and review the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: http://dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. The solicitation issue date is on or about May 26, 2015. The anticipated aviation award date is June 25, 2015.
