Parts List Photo Photo Drawing Drawing Drawing Drawing Drawing Drawing Drawing Drawing Drawing Drawing Drawing Drawing Drawing Drawing Drawing Drawing Statement of Work THIS PROCUREMENT REQUIRES THE CONTRACTOR TO HAVE A PATENT LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH NAVAIR. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to issue an award on a non-competitive basis to Delta Machine and Tool Company, Newark, DE to fabricate and improve upon an Adjustable Liquid Atomizing Nozzle (ALAN) prototype with inclusion of ports for direct compressed gas and liquid hook ups. The Government intends to procure the above item under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Delta Machine & Tool Company has applied for the necessary patent license through NAVAIR and is considered the only supplier that can provide this requirement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice.
