Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 16 (NCO 16) intends to award a sole source contract to Innovative Product Achievements, LLC. The Period of Performance will be 1 Oct 2015 through 30 Sep 2016. Innovative Product Achievements, LLC has the legal rights to proprietary equipment, diagnostic software; OEM parts/supplies and factory trained certified technicians. This requirement is to provide preventive maintenance, full corrective maintenance and emergency maintenance services on the following equipment: alEx Linen Center MV Dispenser/Receiver Linen Management Software Services shall be performed during the VA normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding Government holidays. Equipment located at: Biloxi VA Medical Center, 400 Veterans Avenue, in Biloxi Mississippi 39531. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by Aug 19, 2015, 12:00 p.m. (CST). Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to windell.lance@va.gov. Telephone requests or inquires will not be accepted.
