- This procurement is being solicited as an unrestricted Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO). Solicitation SPE300-15-X-0017 is designed to place Market Fresh Bread and Bakery items all fully competitive, on contracts for various customers in Ohio and Indiana. Contract performance is expected to be from 18 October, 2015 - 14 October, 2017. The resultant award will be issued as an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) not to exceed 2 years or $150,000.00 aggregate value, whichever occurs first. Prices quoted shall remain valid and fixed for the entire period performance. The resultant contract will be based on the lowest evaluated aggregate price. The offeror must meet all terms and conditions of the solicitation. If an offeror takes any exception to the terms and conditions of the solicitation, its offer may be excluded from consideration for award. Anticipated solicitation issuance date is 19 August, 2015.
