Description
THE SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE IS CHANGED TO AUGUST 20, 2015. THE CLOSING DATE IS CHANGED TO SEPTEMBER 21, 2015. LTC Project for NSN 1670-01-467-2050, Pilot chute. manufacture in accordance with P/N 3615AS0530-1. Bidset information is available on the Internet via http: //RIC1S-C025.DSCR.DLA.MIL/TDMD. Qualified Products List (QPL) applies. Only offerors listed on the QPL will be considered for the award. Requirement is a partial unrestricted/partial (50%) small business set-aside, utilizing full and open competition. First Article Government test, Textiles test, and Government Production Lot Sample test are required. Item is of critical application. Shelf-life is required. Surge and Sustainment is not required. The solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with one, one-year base period and four, one-year option periods. The estimated annual demand quantity is 636 each for the unrestricted portion and the set-aside portion. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 159 each for the base period only for the unrestricted portion and the set-aside portion. The maximum contract quantity for the life of the contract is 4770 each for the base and option periods combined for the unrestricted and the set-aside portion. The required delivery is 386 days after receipt of order (ARO). FOB at Destination with Inspection/acceptance at Origin. Option to extend terms of contract 48 months. Duration of contract period 60 months. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
