- Special Notice: The Industry Day - Pre Solicitation Conference scheduled for 24 August 2015 for Aviation Combined Arms Tactical Trainer (AVCATT) Helmet Mounted Display (HMD) System Replacement effort has been postponed. No date has been established for a future Industry Day. A draft solicitation will be posted in the next few weeks with additional information and details. (End) The purpose of this Special Notice it to inform interested parties that the Government will have an Industry Day - Pre Solicitation Conference on 24 August 2015 (tentatively) in Orlando, Florida for the Aviation Combined Arms Tactical Trainer (AVCATT) Helmet Mounted Display (HMD) System Replacement effort. The purpose of this Industry Day - Pre Solicitation Conference is to allow interested parties to view and understand the AVCATT Trailer/Suite. A draft solicitation will be posted in the next few weeks with additional information and details on the Industry Day - Pre Solicitation Conference for AVCATT HMD.
