- REDACTED BRAND NAME LETTER DFARS 252.209-7992 SOLICITATION TREADMILLS The solicitation number is F1S3AF5191A001. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13 as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is an unrestricted acquisition under NAICS 339920. The 412th FSS/FSVS is requesting a brand name or equal purchase of (6) new E-Trxe Star Trac Coach treadmills (E-Trxe) part number 9-9111-MUSAP0. The E-Trxe are equipped with a virtual instructor (Star Trac Coach), an embedded 15 inch HD LCD screen with a touch LED, a Max Incline of 20 and Max Decline of 0, Max speed 15, soft cushioning (Soft Trac Triple Cell Neoprene Rubber), cooling fan and storage tray, weight capacity of 500 lbs., 18 workout programs, speakers and audio, interactive programs, 1 year labor warranty, 5 year motor warranty, 2 year parts warranty, belt length of 60" x 21.5", roller width of 3.5", and a 5.0 horsepower motor. REQUIREMENTS: Offerors MUST complete the Provision DFARS 252.209-7992 (attached) and RETURN with quote. Also, offerors are requested to submit a complete firm fixed price quote, entering each item in a separate line item on the indicated table below, for FOB Destination Edwards AFB, CA, to include a shipping date for all items, Cage Code, DUNS number, Prompt Payment Terms, Delivery Time, Date offer expires, and with enough information for the government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this RFQ. Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis. The government will be evaluating quotes IAW FAR 52.212-02 - Evaluation - Commercial Items (Oct 2014). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Offerors shall provide pricing for the Contract Line Items (CLINs) as follows for the purchase of the E-Trxe Star Trac Coach treadmills (E-Trxe) part number 9-9111-MUSAP0. All prices shall be in accordance with the offeror's pricing and include any and all discounts offered. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer that is most advantageous to the Government in price and meeting the requirement.
