- To obtain Contractor-Owned, Contractor-Operated (COCO) fuel services with the current capability to receive, store, protect and ship two grades of U.S. Government-owned petroleum product. Area of Consideration: Port of Djibouti, Africa Storage Tank Requirements: (1) 205,000 barrels of JP-5 (2) 402,000 barrels of F-76 Estimated Period of Performance: February 23, 2016 - February 22, 2020 (4 years) with one 5 years option period (February 23, 2020 - February 22, 2025) and a six (6) - month extension (FAR 52.217-08)
