MODIFICATION NOTICE:Quotes are being solicited under solicitation number N00253-15-T-0480. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein.If your company can provide the product/services listed on the solicitation and comply with all of the solicitation instructions, please respond to this notice. GSA Schedule Bids Only: Sellers bidding on this opportunity MUST have the items requested on an existing GSA Schedule. The Schedule must either be in the Seller's name or the Seller must be able to document its ability to act as an agent of a partner's Schedule. Sellers must not bid more than their applicable contract ceiling price, excluding the FedBid Fee, for contract-specific items. If FedBid receives notice that, due to inclusion of the FedBid Fee, the Selected Bid's line item pricing is higher than the Selected Seller's applicable published government contract pricing, the FedBid Fee will be reduced to ensure the Selected Bid's line item pricing does not exceed the Selected Seller's applicable contract pricing. Must be FIPS 140-2 level 2 Compliant, certified as such. 2.Size and Weight. 7.7 inches x 3.3 inches x 1.7 inches, or smaller 2.1 pounds, or less. 3.Power Required External 9 to 30 VDC. 6 Watts, or less. 4.Frequency Bands. Must support selectable 2.4 GHz or 5.8 GHz (unlicensed) RF bands, with 250mW or better transmission. 5.Ethernet. Radio must function as end point for 10/100 Base T Ethernet over RF link. Must support 802.11 a/b/g/n Ethernet standards. Must support IPv4 and IPv6. Wi-Fi certified access point. One weatherized RJ45 10/100 Base T Ethernet connections. 6.Data Throughput. Continuous 50 Mbps through Crypto, Ethernet, and RF/Wireless. 7.Configuration Interface. Secure Browser-based GUI is required and should be down-loadable from the radio itself. 8.GPS Must have connection for GPS antenna and be able to transmit position when requested. 9.LED Indicators (a)Power. A Seller may submit a series of pricing quotes, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. NUWC - Keyport Division is taking this action in an effort to improve both seller access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, completed, real-time quotes.All responsible Sellers that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their quote using the online exchange located at www.FedBid.com.
