- STATEMENT OF WORK DENTIST CLAUSES The Gulfport Job Corps Center is soliciting proposals for qualified professionals to provide subcontracted Dental services to students (ages 16-24) for the following position: Center Dentist: Services are to be provided for a period of 3.5 hours per week for a 48 week year on a fixed price basis. Contract will be awarded for the period of November 1, 2015 to June 30, 2017 with a potential for (3) pre priced option years. Proposals must contain a copy of current Mississippi license, resume, DEA number and proof of malpractice insurance and proposed hourly rate. Job Corps is a National training and employment program administered by the Department of Labor for disadvantaged youth.
