- IPC Sole Source Justification NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Indian Health Services intends to solicit from a single source pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) for a requirement under the simplified acquisition threshold to maintain operations and accommodate applications/functionality and design efforts for the existing data and knowledge portals. These portals support over 175 Indian Health Service federal, tribal and urban facilities that are participating in the quality and Innovation Learning Network and the Improving Patient Care Collaborative 5. The use of data for over 60 measures is critical to assessing performance on the quality of and access to care for American Indian and Alaska Native people served at these facilities. Award to CSI Solutions, LLC, the developer of the software used to manage the existing data and knowledge portals is necessary to maintain consistency and ensure the operability of the portals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination to compete this procurement based on a response to this notice is solely whining the discretion of the Government. Interested parties who believe they possess the capabilities to satisfy this requirement should submit a capability statement demonstrating their abilities to meet this requirement. All responses must be received by August 28, 2015 at 1:30 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) All responses must be in writing and can be sent via email to Reginald.lee@ihs.gov
