- Description
- 100% Aluminum hull. Length: 14' with a 10 quote mark splash fin at the top of the transom. Transom height: 22 quote mark at side and 21 quote mark at middle. Reflects a 3 inch drop in the middle of the transom due to slope of bottom of hull. Width of stern: 71 quote mark at the bottom and 87 1/2 quote mark at the gunnels. Stingers: Inside bottom of the boat will have at least 5 stringers. Front Deck: top 42 from bow sternward to end of deck. Width of boat at this point will be 70 quote mark at bottom and 86 quote mark at the gunnels. Deck will be solid at the back and top with a water proof access hatch in the top. Top of deck will be coated with slip resistant coating. Depth of deck at the back will be 18 quote mark reflecting an upward slope to the bow. Bow: 69 inches across. Engine: Lycoming 0540 straight valve engine with two bladed polymer composite prop, cowling, and all controls fully set up to run. Cage and stands: Engine stands and all structures will be built out of stainless steel to industry specs. Cage will be a pancake style cage built to accommodate a polymer composite prop. Cage structure will be covered with 2 quote mark x 4 quote mark stainless steel wire mesh. Seats configuration will be for rear operator in a single seat with a single seat passenger. Both seats will have fully enclosed, locking storage compartments under the seat. Controls and Gauges: Steering will be on left side of the operator and will be mechanical steering (bell crank or equivalent, no cables). Gauges and ignition will be on the operator's right mounted in a control box. Gauges will include, at a minimum, tachometer, hour meter, oil pressure, oil temperature, and voltmeter. Mag switches will be place on the stern end of the control panel next to the key switch. Polymer: 3/8 quote mark polymer installed on the bottom of the boat fastened with stainless steel screws spaced according to industry standards. Water Pick up wells: Boat will be equipped with two water pickup wells located in the stern in each corner. Wells will be attached to the stern, but separated from the sides by a gap of 2-4 quote mark depending on the track of the prop. Dimensions of the wells will be dependent on the track of the prop and will be designed to in no way impede the operation of the prop. Well will have access port on top and 1 1/4 quote mark hose barb attachment on front.
