Description
RFI IT Service Desk Support Draft Performance Work Statement The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) charters, regulates, and supervises all United States national banks and federal savings associations (thrifts). OCC also supervises the federal branches and agencies of foreign banks. Headquartered in Washington, DC, the OCC has four district offices plus an office in London to supervise the international activities of national banks. Bank supervision is the core activity of the agency. The Information Technology Services (ITS) division, Office of Management, of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) successfully completed the transformation into a single Service Desk operating as the OCC Single Point of Contact (SPOC), and looking to award the subsequent support contract. This succeeding contract will fortify all of the advances made by our current contract and continue to enhance ITS' ability to deliver immediate and highly effective support for incidents, requests and outages identified by OCC internal customers located in the field and at headquarters. OCC is planning to leverage proven industry-managed service strategies and technologies for achieving greater operational efficiency and readiness for the Bureau's IT service desk support demands. It is OCC's intent to use the information gathered in response to this Request for Information/Sources Sought Notice to better understand who is a solution that provides personnel, technology, facilities, necessary to deliver IT service desk support over the telephone (Tier-1, Tier-1.5), online (Tier-0) for the OCC service desk and (Tier-1) for the OCC BankNet Service Desk. This solution shall be integrated fully into OCC's internally-staffed Onsite Support and Tier-2 and -3 service delivery model. In addition, the OCC seeks information to assist in determining whether to set-aside for small businesses. The OCC is interested in identifying vendors who are capable of offering Help Desk Tier 0, 1 and 1.5 support. Furthermore, the responses obtained will enable the OCC to refine the strategy for the development of this requirement in order to structure a program that will mitigate cost, schedule, and performance risks. The projected NAICS for this procurement is 541519. To assist the OCC in identifying potential sources that possess the specific expertise, capabilities and experience please carefully read and respond to the attached document titled, RFI IT Service Desk Support and Draft Performance Work Statement. Respondents to this notice shall provide a written capabilities statement, which includes and addresses the document and any relevant information that specifically addresses the company's capabilities. Capabilities Statements shall be no longer than 20 pages double-spaced, 12 point font. The Government reserves the right to reject in whole or in part, any industry input, as a result of this Notice. Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in the Government being unable to adequately assess your capabilities. When submitting responses, vendors shall clearly identify any information it considers sensitive or proprietary. All information received in response to this Notice that is marked ‘proprietary' will be handled accordingly. Responses to this Notice will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated and incurred by submitting a response. Eligibility to participate in a future acquisition is not predicated on a response to this Notice. After a review of the responses received, a pre-solicitation synopsis and solicitation may be published in Federal Business Opportunities. However, responses to this notice will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation.
