- Project No. ZNRE 16-1087, Install Security Cameras, Dorms, Yokota Air Base, Japan. Provide new security camera recording system at Yokota Air Base, Doms for Bldg 208, 330, 421, 124, 125 and 331 for all necessary associated work to complete a fully functional installation. Contractor shall verify existing conditions for all scope of work and the contractor shall provide As-built design for this project with government approval after complete installation of new security camera recording system. Provide 1 year warranty. Scope of work buildings are as follows: Base bid item: Install Security Camera Recording System, Bldg 208 Option bid item 1: Install Security Camera Recording System, Bldg 330 Option bid item 2: Install Security Camera Recording System, Bldg 421 Option bid item 3: Install Security Camera Recording System, Bldg 124 Option bid item 4: Install Security Camera Recording System, Bldg 125 Option bid item 5: Install Security Camera Recording System, Bldg 331 Remove asbestos containing materials where existing and/or new equipment/devices and circuitry are required that will disturb the asbestos containing materials. And, coring through building materials including concrete other than new material shall also be treated to use asbestos mitigation procedures. The performance period will be 120 calendar days for Base bid item. The Option bid item 1 thru 5 maybe exercised within 30 calendar days after contract award that the performance period will be increase by 60 claendar days if any option(s) are exercised. No more than 420 calendar days for all option items if exercised. Quarifications > 1st.
