Description

The VA Connecticut Medical Health Care System has released solicitation VA-241-11-RP-0352 for the transportation of VA beneficiaries to and from appointments at these specified VA facilities: VA Medical Center VA Medical Center 950 Campbell Ave 555 Willard Ave West Haven, CT 06516 Newington, CT. 06111 Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) currently operating in: Danbury, New London, Stamford, Waterbury, Willimantic and Winsted Please see the statement of work in the solicitation for the full scope of work. The full solicitation was posted on FEDBIZOPPS (www.fbo.gov) on August 11, 2015. Reponses are due by September 10, 2015 at 4:00 PM EDT to the contracting officer. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The applicable NAICS code is 485991 with an applicable small business size standard of $15.0 Million. Performance period is Date of Award or 12/1/2015 to 11/30/2016, with four 1-year option periods. All questions should be directed to the contracting officer in writing (email preferred) prior to August 21, 2015, so that they can be consolidated, answered, and released for all interested vendors in the form of an amendment. All interested parties should register via FEDBIZOPPS interested vendors list. It is the responsibility of the offeror to monitor and download amendments from FebBizOpps which may be issued to this solicitation. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT in accordance with FAR 2.101, prospective firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) databases prior to award.
