- Equipment List The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) intends to negotiate and award a Small Business Set-Aside Contract for Engineering Technical Services in support of the P-3C Aircraft for on-site training and technical guidance for a Foreign Military Case with Taiwan. The NAICS for this effort is 541330, Engineering Services. The Contractor shall provide on-site and on-call technical and logistics support to Taiwan Air force (TAF) and Taiwan Navy (TN) personnel, relating to analysis and recommendations for changes and improvements to equipment installation, operation, modification, maintenance, training, and failure mode analysis for weapon systems/equipment listed in Attachment 1- Equipment List. All work for above efforts will be assigned to a task at a Permanent Duty Station in Taiwan, in order to support local activities on a daily basis. Additionally the Contractor may be required to temporarily travel to other activities as necessitated by the TAF/TN. It is anticipated that the effort will be a five year period of performance consisting of one base year and four (4) one-year option periods. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. A Request for Proposal/Solicitation is expected to be released in October 2015.
