Description

52.212-4 Addenda FA8126-15-R-0005 Brand Name Justification and Approval This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside procurement for the acquisition of AutoCrib brand name items. The requirement is for one basic year and 2 one-year options. The NAICS code for this requirement is 332999 with a size standard of 750 employees. To be eligible for award, the offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) with completed and correct representations and certifications. The Offeror shall complete only paragraph (b) and (j) of 52.212-3 if the Offeror has completed the annual representations and certification electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM). If the Offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically, the Offeror shall complete only paragraphs (c) through (p) of 52.212-3. All Offerors must also fill in 252.209-7992. Response time is 11 September 2015 at 2:00PM Central Standard Time. No late proposals will be accepted.
