Provisions and Clauses This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate Request for Quote (RFQ) will not be issued. The solicitation number is PAOIHS1258262 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect though Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83. This purchase is unrestricted. This NAICS code is 811212, Computer and Office Machine Repair and Maintenance. This is a requirement for copier maintenance services for the Phoenix Area Office, located in Phoenix, AZ. Maintenance plan includes staples, parts, toner, maintenance and labor for seven (7) new copiers and one (1) existing copier. The term of the contract shall be for a period of one base year, including four one-year option periods. All costs associated with the performance of this contract shall be responsibility of the contractor. Must submit completed Procing Schedule, Attachment 3, to be considered for award. Only written requests shall be honored. Proposals will be accepted through August 24, 2015; 1PM, MST.
