- SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY ANNOUNCEMENT TO REQUEST INFORMAATION ONLY: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Jackson, SC is conducting market research to determine the existence of interested small business sources for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 722310 - Food Service Contractors. The small business size standard is $38.5M. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to obtain information on qualified and experienced contractors interested in providing meals in support of the current Dining Facility located at the South Carolina Army National Guard (SCARNG), McCrady Training Center. The State of South Carolina owns and operates this Dining Facility with State employees, through a Master Cooperative Agreement. The requirement is expected to be for one twelve (12) month base period. It is not anticipated that the State of South Carolina will allow another contractor to operate the Dining Facility to meet this requirement. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: Responsible, qualified firms interested in supporting the subject requirement for the McCrady Training Center Meal Support Center shall include the following information: 1. Company Name with Point of Contact, Title, Phone Number, Email, and Address; 2. DUNS Number, Tax ID number, and CAGE Code; 3. Interest in nature of participation [e.g., prime contractor, teaming partner, primary subcontractor]; 4. Small Business Certification; 5. Relevant Experience & Past Performance shall describe experience in providing services of similar scope and complexity to the requirement by providing the following information: contract number, dollar value, type of contract, a brief description of work performed, duration of services, 6. General Capability should demonstrate how to accomplish this requirement in accordance with the PWS. This is not an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation, or confirmation that the Government will contract for the items contained in the RFI, nor is any commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract implied. Responses to this notice will assist the government in identifying potential sources in determining a set-aside for the solicitation is appropriate, and in determining whether or not this approach to securing contracting support is practicable. Respondents are advised that the government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this sources sought. Responses to the SOURCES SOUGHT will not be return.
