This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS): DOB9 The contractor identified above is the only known source that can meet all of the requirements. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation sufficient to determine whether the Offeror's quote will satisfy the Government's requirements. Unless specified otherwise in your quotation, it will be presumed you are quoting in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the solicitation and payment terms are net 30 days. The Government reserves the right to make an award on any item, for any quantity less than the quantity offered, at the unit process offered, unless the offeror specifies otherwise in the quotation. The Government also reserves the right to make multiple awards if, after considering the additional administrative costs, it is in the Government's best interest. Award will be made utilizing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. Technical acceptability is a pass/fail determination. All respondents shall be actively registered in the System for Award Management, ORCA, and have a valid DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax Identification Number. All proposals received after the closing date listed may be considered "late" and may not be considered for award.
