- The scope of this project is for the Purchase of Boat, Outboard Motor, Trailer and Accessories Package for Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway Project, Columbus, MS. All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the attached specifications. All offerors must submit bids for all or none. This procurement is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 336612.
