- This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. Negative replies are also sought. Letterkenny Army Depot is seeking information concerning the material called out below. For the purposes of the RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334419 - Other Electronic Component Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 750 Employees. If your firm is capable of requirements described in this RFI, please provide a Capability Statement to Mrs. Charla A McKee, charla.a.mckee.civ@mail.mil, by 2:00 pm EST on 14 August 2015. Requirement is for Brand name or Equal: Stock Number: PCS-GS15:4VA24 PRINTER/PLOTER/GRAPHIC DESIGN SOFTWARE Description: EDGE FX, GS15, OMEGA PCS PACKAGE Quantity: 1 EA Must meet the following SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS: 1.Must be complete system - Thermal transfer printer, cutting plotter and graphic design software. 2.Capable of producing signs, logos, self-adhesive labels 3.15 quote mark /38 cm-p sprocket feed to use the current 3M materials on hand 4.Print resolution selectable from 300 dpi to at least 1200 dpi 5.Speed at 300 dpi up to 60 quote mark or more per minute per color 6.Ability to produce at least 3000 colors 7.Print up to at least 11 quote mark wide 8.Must include literature and learning material 9.Must have a plotter and cutter that are compatible In addition, the following information is requested: (1) Company cage Code, DUNS, name, address, point of contact, telephone number and email address; (2) Any small business status (8(a), Service Disable Vet, HUB Zone, veteran-owned, women-owned, etc.); (3) Please indicate which NAICS code(s) your company usually performs under Government contracts.
