To be furnished with - 1 desk 2 chairs 1 3 - 5 ft. round meeting table 1 5 - 6 drawer filing cabinet 1 phone internet access - both LAN and wi-fi 24/7 access to video conferencing capability at facility where the rented space is located. Access key to office where video equipment is located/stored. Lessor to provide all utilities and be responsible for all janitorial services. Lease to include up to 10 hours of conference room usage per month. Lease term will be 4 year base period and 4 separate one-year options. Lessee will be Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC (SRNS).
