Description

Specifications for Tuohy Arcelle Sofa and Bench Public Space Furniture The purpose of this requirement is to provide additional seating in the Public Spaces at the Hall of States, Hall of Nations, Grand Foyer, States Gallery, Nations Gallery and the Orchestra Levels of the Eisenhower Theater, Opera House and Concert Hall. The purchase will include 20 sofas and 18 benches with unit pricing furnished if additional furniture is needed. The furniture can be off loaded on the Plaza and brought into the building. Existing furniture will be removed by JFKC prior to installation. Proposals will be evaluated and awarded based on lowest price and technically acceptable. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 423210 Furniture Merchant Wholesalers. Offerors must be registered in the Contractor's Central Registration (CCR) in order to participate in this procurement. Registration can be accomplished at https://www.sam.gov All questions MUST be submitted in writing via email to the Contract Specialist, Hodd Brown at hrbrown@kennedy-center.org no later than August 17 th 2015.
