- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request For Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-15-Q-3252. This requirement is unrestricted. The NAICS Code is 334511, and Size standard is 750 employees. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. It is expected to place a purchase order with DRS ICAS, LLC, Beavercreek, OH, as they are the only known source. DRS ICAS, LLC is the only source of the certified Circuit Card Assemblies and SMT2B processors. DRS ICAS, LLC has proprietary rights to the firmware required to meet the SESEF facility standards. NUWC Division Newport intends to purchase the following items on a firm-fixed price basis: 0001; NTDS Circuit Card Assembly Model # 52304-401; QTY: 3 0002; SMT2B Processor Model # 51120-735-2312; QTY: 3 Required delivery for all items is three (3) months after receipt of order (ARO). Delivery is F.O.B Destination Jacksonville, FL and the items are to be delivered to: Naval Station Mayport Building 1860 Jacksonville, FL 32228 In accordance with DFARS 252.211-7003, Item Identification and Valuation, all unit prices that exceed $5,000 will require UID tags. Payment terms are electronic invoicing through wide area workflow (WAWF). Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. Clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items apply to this solicitation.
