- (1) INTRODUCTION: The FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center at the Atlantic City International Airport, NJ has a requirement for NAS Documentation Management. (2) PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The anticipated period of performance is one year from the date of contract award. (3) SET-ASIDE INFORMATION: This procurement is not set-aside for small business concerns. This SIR is available for full and open competition. (4) STANDARD LANGUAGE: This Solicitation is a Request for Offer (RFO), and an awarded contract may result from proposals submitted in response to this announcement. The Government will not be liable for any costs associated with the submittal of a response to this SIR. (5) DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS: Responses to this SIR are due to the Contracting Officer via email at daniel.farrell@faa.gov by 1PM (EST) on Monday, August 31, 2015. Late proposals will not be considered. All questions must be emailed to benjamin.tarr@faa.gov and daniel.farrell@faa.gov by 1PM (EST) on Thursday, August 20, 2015.
