- Description
- The project consists of facility maintenance on up to five buildings located within the Los Padres National Forest as follows: A) Casitas Fire Station Barracks (Ventura, CA): Remove and dispose of existing furnace and install new furnace. B) Ozena Fire Station Barracks (39 mil. N of Ojai, CA): Remove and dispose of existing furnace and A/C unit, and install new. C) Paradise Road Residence (Santa Barbara, CA): Remove and replace roofing and associated work. D) San Marcos Fire Station & Pump Building (Santa Barbara, CA) (OPTION ITEM): Remove and replace roofing and associated work. E) Arroyo Seco Barracks and Out-Building (Greenfield, CA): Remove and replace roofing, replace damaged ceiling tiles, replace damaged insulation, mold remediation, and associated work. PLEASE NOTE: Complete specifications and drawings will be available for download at www.fbo.gov. The independent government estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000.
