- In accordance with FAR 6.302.1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satistfy agency requirements The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis to Winonics,660 N Puente St Brea Ca 92821-2880. A Qty 34 PCIe Circuit boards RAM, QTY 4 Super data Distribution RAM, Qty 5 Gyro Simulator RAM, QTY 5 Final Summer RAM. Winonics is the manufacturer of the Circuit Boards and the only vendor that can provide a direct replacement to meet the form fit and function of the existing equipment. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N68936-15-T-0230 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.Respond by mail to NAWCWD, Code 245100D, Attn: Gayle Cline, 429 E.
