- Description
- The Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, VA, has a requirement for Instructional Services that includes Course Instruction, Curriculum Development, Curriculum Management and Test Administration. Request for Proposal M67854-15-R-7901 is intended to be released on or about 24 August 2015. This request for proposal is 100% set-aside for small business. The resulting contract will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with an ordering period of 60 months from date of award. Contract award determination will be made using the Best Value Tradeoff process in accordance with FAR Subpart 15.101-1. The scope of the effort is for instructional services for the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Communication Training Centers (CTCs) that provide classroom instruction, Curriculum Development, Curriculum Management and Test Administration for 51 technical courses related to communication systems for Information Assurance (IA) Professionals. Instruction and Test Administration will be conducted within the CTCs geographical Areas of Responsibility (AOR), which include, but are not limited to, Camp Pendleton, California; Camp Lejeune, Jacksonville, North Carolina; and Marine Corps Base Camp Smedley Butler, Okinawa, Japan under the direction of MCCES. Curriculum Development requires the Contractor to develop new course curriculums based on new equipment fielded by the USMC. Curriculum Development also has a requirement to develop Government specific areas for commercial curriculums. Curriculum Management requires the Contractor to update current curriculums and maintain the Master Lesson Files for the 51 courses. Curriculum Management also requires that the Contractor ensures the currency of the 51 courses are maintained in the Marine Corps Training Information Management System (MCTIMS). Some courses provide for the student to gain certifications on specific course content. This will require applicable support services of individuals certified by the testing authority of Pearson Vue and Prometric. In order to adhere to certification testing requirements, the test administrator cannot be the same person as the instructor..
