- AMENDMENT TO SOLICITATION. This is an amendment to a previously synopsized solicitation issued for the purpose of incorporating revisions to the Terms and Conditions, Statement of Work, and including Site Visit Notes with Q&A. - - Attachment no. 8 (Terms and Conditions dated 7/22/15) is hereby replaced and superseded with Attachment no. 9 (REVISED Terms and Conditions dated 8/4/15). The revision includes a change to the price schedule (adding line item 14 for well decommissioning), adding information to Section H about pump test samples at the Bemis House site and tree limbing at the July Creek site, as well as revised list of attachments in Section J. - - Attachment no. 3 (Statement of Work) is hereby replaced and superseded with Attachment no. 10 (Statement of Work). The main change is in the section titled Option 3 for well decommissioning to now include four sites instead of the original two. All four were visited during the scheduled site visit. - - The Site Visit Notes with Q&A is incorporated as Attachment no. 11. Quotes shall be submitted in accordance with Section L of solicitation Attachment no. 9. The response date is not changed. PAPER COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED and telephone requests, email requests, or fax requests for the solicitation will not be accepted. To receive the solicitation package (standard form and all associated attachments), click the link below for the solicitation and any amendment(s) where you'll be redirected to FedConnect at https://www.fedconnect.net. Accessing the solicitation form and attachments does not require registration in FedConnect. Once at the FedConnect home page, click on "Search Public Opportunities Only." Next screen, select "Reference Number" from drop-down menu and type in solicitation number as P15PS01697, and click "search." Next screen will show the solicitation title as "Drill Well Bemis House Olympic NP-Quinault." Click the title to open the overview page, where on the right-hand side will be the solicitation form and attachments. The current solicitation package consists of the Standard Form 1442, Attachments no. 4, 5, 6, and 7, Amendment 0001 (Standard Form 30), and Amendment 0002 (Standard Form 30, plus Attachments no. 9, 10, and 11). Ignore Attachments no. 2, 3, and 8. It is the responsibility of the offerors to monitor the FBO and FedConnect websites to download all amendments and attachments which may also be issued against the solicitation prior to the solicitation's closing date. All questions must be submitted in writing by email (no phone or fax questions). Submit questions to Phaedra_Fuller@nps.gov. Interested parties are urged to check for any additional amendments. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
