Description

AFLCMC/WLNKB intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis engineering services to provide Automated Inspection Repair Corrosion Aircraft Tracking (AIRCAT) support for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) C-130 aircraft to Mercer Engineering Research Center (MERC) as authorized under 10 USC 2304(c)(3). Merc is located at 135 Osigian Blvd. Warner Robins GA 31088. AIRCAT was developed to track and update Equivalent Flight Hours (EFH) on C-130 aircraft and provides operators the capability to track and analyze flight data at the individual aircraft level. The contract period of performance will consist of one basic year with four one year options. Interested persons may identify their capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within thirty days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
