Expanded Delineated Area (revised 8/3/2015) FBO Ad - Mod 2 with expanded Delineated Area General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Massachusetts City: Taunton Delineated Area: North: Starting at the intersection of I-95 and I-495, head northeast along I-95 to Rt 106, continue on Rt 106 to Rt 123, head northeast on Rt 123 to Rt 24. East: From the intersection of Rt 123, head south along Rt 24 to the intersection of I-495. South: From the intersection of I-495 and Rt 24, head west along I-495 to Rt 138, head south on Rt 138 to Bay St, head north on Bay St to Fremont St (also Boundary Rd/Bassett Rd), head southwest on Fremont St to Rt 140. West: From the intersection of Rt 140 and Fremont St, head northwest along Rt 140 to the intersection I-495, head west along I-495 to the intersection of I-95. (See attached map.) Minimum Sq. Ft.
