Network 11 Contracting Office intends to solicit quotes from offerors to provide Healthcare for Homeless Veterans Services for located in Winchester, Indiana in support of VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System located at 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN for period of one (1) year from the date of award, and one (1) option year, exercisable at the Government's discretion. Network 11 Contracting Office anticipates issuing a solicitation on or about August 18, 2015. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from www.fbo.gov, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide full information to contractors about the proposal submission process. NAICS Code is 624229, and Size Standard is $15 Million. The solicitation will be issued as Full and Open Competition. All responsible sources may submit quotes which shall be considered by the Agency. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) data base at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Registration is free and potential offerors are encouraged to visit that SAM website and register as soon as possible to avoid delays should they be selected for a contract award.
