Description: This contract includes the supply and installation of 115kV and 230kV bus insulators as well as new pedestals throughout the switchyard and on Transformer #1 on the tailrace deck. The existing insulators are deteriorating and are in need of replacement due to aging and cracking. The contractor will also install Coupling Capacitor Potential Devices (Government-furnished and Contractor-furnished) throughout the switchyards.
