- Description
- J&A for one month extension of services. This justification and approval is to extend the current Cost Plus- Incentive- Fee contract through 08/31/2015, in accordance with FAR 52.217-8. The current contract is scheduled to end 07/31/2015 and the new contract (ID04150017) to start on 09/01/2015. The extension is a means for ensuring continuity of operation and avoids the potential cost of disruption of operations. This is the most advantageous method of fulfilling the Government's requirement, price and other factors considered while the services are being solicited through a new acquisition process.
