Description

J&A to extend task order through 7/31/2015. This justification and approval is to extend the current Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract through 7/31/2015, in accordance with FAR 52.217-8. The current contract is scheduled to end 5/31/2015 and the new contract (ID04150001) to start on 08/01/2015. This effort will provide reach-back capabilities to Microsoft Premier Services (MPS) SharePoint Enterprise program managers, developers, and support professionals neces sary for the development of new SharePoint Enterprise capabilities. The extension is a means for ensuring continuity of operation and avoids the potential cost of disruption of operations. This is the most advantageous method of fulfilling the Government's requirement, price and other factors considered while the services are being solicited through a new acquisition process.
