- VIRTUAL MASTER BLADE (VMB), System 2007 System 2007 is a Windows-based system designed to evaluate and balance tail rotor blades. The VMB is a turn-key system comprised of the base fixture, computer, touch screen monitor and calibrated load cells. Product Description: ‐ Electo-Mechanical device for static balancing helicopter tail rotor blades Touch display  Digital platform  Application task menu: o One touch selection of common tasks, e.g. Blade Selection, o Measure weight of blade using three load cells o Calculate blade span moment and chord moment  Documenting o Create binary record for each blade evaluation. o Store record of completed blade evaluation in binary file. o Use routine to read binary files.
