- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. RENTAL OF 40 YD, OPEN TOP, ROLL OFF, DUMPESTERS TO DISPOSE OF CREOSOTED RAILROAD TIES INCLUDING REMOVAL TO AN APPROVED LANDFILL. THE VENDOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEES, PERMITS AND CHARGES INVOLVED WITH THE HAULING AND DISPOSAL OF THE TIES.THE VENDOR SHALL PROVIDE FOUR (4) DUMPSTER THAT WILL BE DUMPED TWO (2) TIMES DAILY.
