Description

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make sole-source follow-on award to Mr. John DeMarco, 9303 Greetree Dr, Grand Blanc, MI 48439-9504, for Consulting Service, non-personal, to assist the PBGC's Benefit Administration and Payment Department Trusteeship Processing Division 7 (TPD 7) processing team with the Delphi Pension Plans on behalf of the Delphi Retirement Program for Salaried Employees (Case No. 20637000); Delphi Hourly-Rate Employees Pension Plan (Case No. 20637100); ASEC Manufacturing Retirement Program (Case No. 211021000); Packard Hughes Interconnect Nonbargaining Retirement Plan (Case No. 21102700); Delphia Mechatronic Systems Retirement Program (Case No. 20700700); and Packard Hughes Interconnect Bargaining Retirement Plan (Case No. 20700900), (the "Plans"). The Contractor will assist the TPD in the completion of the valuation for these Plans. The period of performance is expected to be September 1, 2015 through August 31, 2016. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), but a Notice of Intent. An RFP will not be issued. An interested party may, however, e-mail a written capability statement for the required services, (which shall not exceed three (3) pages in length) to Miller.Mark@pbgc.gov no later than 11:00 AM EDT, August 7, 2015.
