- SOLICITATION: VA786-15-R-0326 PROJECT LOCATION: RICHMOND NATIONAL CEMETERY COMPLEX PROJECT TITLE: Richmond Cemetery Complex is comprised of six (6) National Cemeteries located in Fort Harrison, Glendale, Richmond, Cold Harbor, City Point and Seven Pines Virginia. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, transportation, equipment, supplies and materials necessary for the provision of Herbicide / Fertilization Turf Application Services at the six National Cemeteries located within the Richmond Cemetery Complex. All work shall be performed in accordance with Section - A (Description / Specifications / Statement of Work). Work hours shall be consistent with normal cemetery hours of operation. Work shall be performed in strict accordance with all terms, conditions, specifications, schedules and drawings. Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements, conditions, terms and representations contained in this solicitation, any pertinent OSHA Occupational and Safety regulations, and any State and/or local regulations, laws and codes. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 561730. Size standard is $7.5 Million. An electronic solicitation is available for download from http://www.fbo.gov on 07/31/2015 as a separate attachment. Responses to the solicitation are due at 2pm EST. on 08/21/2015. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at www.fbo.gov. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining any amendments. Failure to submit all documentation required as required, may result in your submission being determined non-responsive/technically unacceptable and your proposal will be removed from further consideration.
