Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation # VA119A-15-Q-0214 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial services. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53 effective August 4, 2011. The NAICS Code is 813910. Size standard is $7.5 Million. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract with three (3) option periods on an unrestricted competitive basis for telehealth interoperable solutions for remote and home care membership throughout the contract period in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
