Description

Space Lease Template Solicitation for Offers Proposal to Lease Space Life Safety Compliance and Seismic Safety Lessor's Annual Cost Statement FAA Safety and Environmental ABASS Compliance Report The Federal Aviation Administration is seeking offers from any parties who may be interested in leasing to the Government an approximate range of 9,500 to 11,500 usable total square feet of contiguous first class building space in one office building. The space is to consist of administrative office area for Government employees and include space for technical, storage, and special purpose use. Also there must be a minimum of 77 off-street parking spaces for employee, visitor, and Government-Owned vehicles. Subleases are not acceptable. The Government will accept a 5-year fixed firm term, with 2 5-year options. The Goverment may cancel this lease after the initial 5-year term with a 180 day notice.
