- SF1442, with clauses and provisions attached SF30, Amendment 02. You must acknowledge this amendment with your bid. Modifications and renovations of the Main Building, south wing spaces, to accomodate the relocation of USDA's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS). The 95% phase ( revised) drawings are posted 7/9/2015, along with the clauses and provisions, and the construction wage determination, posted 7/3/2015. The 95% specifications are posted, as of 07/16/2015. The site visit was 21 July 2015 at 9:00 a.m. The estimated price is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Amendment 001 is posted. It refers to the follow: The 100% specifications and drawings, both full and half-size, the revised General Decision No. CA150029 dated 7/17/2015, a revised Continuation Sheet for your bid, and an additional clause entitled 452.236-70 Additive or Deductive Items (Feb 1988) is posted today, 7/27/2015. The bid date is extended. Provide your questions no later than 03 August 2015 to louise.snitz@ars.usda.gov This procurement requires the use of biobased products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet agency or relevant industry performance standards, and are resonably prices. Where available, these products should first be acquired from among qualified products that fall under the umbrella of items designed through the USDA BioPreferred(sm) Program.
