ACC-APG-C4ISR intends to acquire twenty one, (21) each VRC-92E Single Channel Ground and Airborne Radios (SINCGARS) Long-Range Radio Systems without GPS with software version 6.4 installed, along with twenty one, (21) each sets of specialized installation kits to allow the VRC-92E to be installed in transit cases. Along with the above is a requirement for the procurement of one each RT-1702 Receiver/Transmitter. This survey is published in compliance with FAR Part 10, (Market Research) Presently, the only known source for this equipment is Exelis Inc, 7310 Innovation Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46818-1370. Interested suppliers capable of successfully providing this equipment are requested to so, indicate by responding to the Point of Contact. For more information contact Mr. Tony Blais, 443-395-6991, Mr. Steven C. Cooper, 443-395-6992, or Mr. Nicolantoni (Tony) Visaggio, Weapons System Manager, 443-395-6352. The deadline for response is August 10, 2015. Sources other than Exelis Inc. must provide either: information/data/documentation which shows that they have, in fact previously furnished this equipment on a prior US Government contract or provide documentation, such as a letter from Exelis Inc confirming that they are an authorized supplier for VRC-92E, the RT 1702 and the specialized installation kits. The USG has no technical data available for this equipment.
