- 15-R-0074 RFP Amendment 3 The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) China Lake, Ca intends to procure for the development, delivery and successful acceptance test of one Baseline signal generation system (Mobile Threat Signal Simulators), and up to three additional turn-key threat simulation systems. The three additional threat simulation systems shall contain Baseline capabilities and may contain expanded capabilities. The purpose of this amendment is to provide questions and answers, Section J, Attachment 2, to the solicitation. Attachment 2 contains questions and answers previously provided in Amendment 0001, as well as additional questions and answers. To access the solicitation Attachments, request approval through http://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp. The question period for this solicitation has expired and no further questions will be addressed. The amendment to the solicitation will be posted to the FEDBIZOPPS website at http://www.fbo.gov. All responses shall be submitted in writing to the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Code 254110D, Attn: Thomas Vitale, 429 E. Bowen Road Mail Stop 4015, China Lake, CA 93555-6108.
