- 15RJQ95_syn N00164-15-R-JQ95 - MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND (MSC) SITUATIONAL AWARENESS SYSTEM (SAwS) ACOUSTIC HAILING DEVICE (AHD), PROVISIONED ITEM ORDER SPARES (PIO), TEST TEARDOWN AND EVALUATION (TT&E) AND REPAIRS, NON-WARRANTY OVER AND ABOVE SPARES, TRAVEL, FIELD SERVICE REPAIRS, OPERATOR AND MAINTENANCE TRAINING, AND DATA - FSG 58 - FSC 5830 - NAICS 334310 Anticipated Issue Date: 11 SEP 2015 - Anticipated Closing Date: 26 OCT 2015 - 2:00 PM EST Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to solicit and award a single 5-year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Acoustic Hailing Device (AHD), Provisioned Item Order Spares (PIO), Test Teardown and Evaluation (TT&E) and Repairs, Non- Warranty Over and Above Spares, Travel, Field Service Repairs, Operator And Maintenance Training, Spotlight, and Data in accordance with Performance Specification and Statement of Work in support of currently fielded Military Sealift Command ships and other U.S. Navy and Coast Guard ships. The Government intends to award to the responsible contractor whose offer is the best value to the Government considering price, ability to meet the technical requirements in accordance with the specification, and past performance. During the solicitation phase, offerors will be required to submit product sample(s) representative of production units for evaluation purposes which will be evaluated against go/no-go criteria. The following Contract Line Items Numbers (CLINs) are anticipated: CLIN0001: MSC SAwS AHD System, contract minimum: 1 each CLIN0002: PIO Spares, contract minimum: tiny_mce_marker CLIN0003: Test, Teardown, and Evaluation and Minor Repairs, contract minimum: tiny_mce_marker CLIN0004: Non-Warranty Over and Above Repairs, contract minimum: tiny_mce_marker CLIN0005: Field Repairs/Technical Assist, contract minimum: tiny_mce_marker CLIN0006: Spotlight, contract minimum: 0 each CLIN0007: Travel for Field Repairs: contract minimum: tiny_mce_marker CLIN0008: Operator and Maintenance Training at Contractor Location: Min: tiny_mce_marker CLIN0009: Data (not separately priced) Delivery will be FOB Destination 300 Highway 361, Crane IN 47522, and anticipated to be 90 calendar days after effective date of deliver order for CLIN 0001. Selection shall extend to the Government a standard sales warranty provided such warranty is available at no additional cost to the Government. The solicitation will be available on or about 11 SEP 2015 at https://www.fbo.gov All changes or amendments that may be issued to this solicitation that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
