Period of performance will not exceed 4 months or 150K, whichever comes first. Award will be item by item (Per NSN) to the quoter who represents the best value to the Government utilizing the following evaluation factors technical acceptability and price: This is a direct delivery contract and all All purchase orders are direct delivery shipments to end users throughout the Continental United States (CONUS), pricing is FOB Destination.
