Description

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Federal Investigtive Services (FIS) requires additional softphone and ACD licenses for the existing NEC telephone system. It is the intention of this agency to award this agreement under the GSA Federal Supply Schedule Program to Shared Technologies, Inc. Market research was conducted to determine if anyone other than Shared Technologies, Inc. could supply the support for its telephone maintenance. As such, there were no other known viable support solutions for these products are proprietary in nature. The North American Standard Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for action is 811213 Communication Equipment Repair and Maintenance. This is not a solicitation for quotations, but rather a notice of the Agency's intent to sole source award to Shared Technologies, Inc. There will be no solicitation issued or available. This notice is for information only. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS, AN INVITATION FOR BIDS, OR A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION.
