- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (NFLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to solicit supplies for twelve Fujitsu Primergy BX900 S2 Blade Servers and peripheral software and equipment. It is the Government ™s intention to process this procurement on a competitive brand name sole source basis. It is the Government ™s intention to issue a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order in accordance with FAR 13.5 (SAP-CI) procedures. The delivery period will be 30 days after date of contract award. The applicable NAICS code is 334111 and size standard is 1,000 employees. Upon its release, the solicitation will be issued electronically and be available for downloading at the NECO Website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. The closing date for the receipt of offers will be set forth in the RFQ. The solicitation will be posted on or about 31 July 30, 2015. Paper copies, faxed copies, or e-mail copies of the solicitation will not be provided. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the above website for posting of the RFQ and any amendments that may be issued. The Government will not pay for the information received. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirements that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management, (SAM), database prior to award. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
