- SPM4A8-15-Q-0180 SYNOPSIS FOR PR#15-12-1022: Procurement is for a GAP Bed Lathe in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 15-12-1022 dated January 29, 2015. The contractor shall provide GAP Bed Lathe with IUIDs, Technical Data, and Shipping. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. FOB at Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. All contractual performance period requirements shall be complete within 126 days after receipt of award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of technically acceptable, price, past performance, performance price tradeoff, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
